Public classes are available online, Sydney’s Inner West and Eastern Suburbs and in the Illawarra.
There are sessions to suit everyone, from complete novices to experienced practitioners in Shibashi Qi Gong, the Simplified 24 Yang style form, Combined 42 form and Sun style Tai Chi for Health.
Each class has a 30 minute Qi Gong warm-up to prepare for Tai Chi practice.
We use a Covid-Safe plan, so we practice social distancing and maintain a roll for contact tracing.
Please advise the instructor beforehand you have any pre-existing conditions which may affect your ability to participate in the exercises.

Tuesday mornings 11:30-12:30am
This online class is provided by the Newtown Wellness Centre for women only.
The class comprises Qi Gong Basic Yang style Tai Chi which suits Beginner to Intermediate level.
Newtown / Camperdown

Monday and Wednesday mornings
These classes suit Beginners, Intermediate to Advanced levels and you can participate for all or part of the class.

This class suits Beginner to Intermediate levels and is provided in conjunction with Illawarra Wellness for women only and are run during school terms – booking is essential
